Welcome to Thermogard Expedite Service. An express delivery program, of any product Thermogard supplies, at record speed. Expedite give you the confidence that when you need it urgently, whether it be a blast freeze or freight, Thermogard will deliver!

Whether you have that unexpected spike in orders, have missed an ordering cycle or are experiencing delays from your supplier, Expedite service will be used when you are needing product faster than our standard lead times.

Where is this Expedite Service available?

New Zealand

The Expedite Freight service is available nationwide, however Expedite Blast Freeze is only available for Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Whangarei, Napier, Christchurch, Nelson, and Timaru. Please enquire if you live outside of these areas!

Australia

The Expedite Freight service and Expedite Blast Freeze is available for Australian metro areas. Please enquire if you live outside of these areas!

What are the charges for this service?

This is truly dependent on what you are ordering and how quickly you need it. Please enquire with the product you are needing and the time frame you will need this in!

How do I add Expedite Services to my order?

New Zealand

Call (+64) 0508 334 335 between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday to get your Expedite Service quoted and added to your order. Please avoid emails as we cannot guarantee this will be added in time.

Australia

Call (+61) 1800 334 335 between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday to get your Expedite Service quoted and added to your order. Please avoid emails as we cannot guarantee this will be added in time.

What days are Expedite Services available?

Expedite Services are available from Monday – Friday, however in some cases we are able to provide a Saturday delivery if arranged on Friday before 10am.

What is the cut-off time for Expedite Services?

10am is the latest for same day or overnight services on our ambient (not frozen) product.  Please note, Expedite Services does not necessarily mean same or next day delivery, but instead next available delivery, as this can be region or product dependent. 

What is the minimum order quantity for Expedite Freight Service?

There is no minimum order quantity for Expedite Freight Service.

What is the minimum order quantity for Expedite Blast Freeze Service?

For blast frozen gel ice packs, the minimum order quantity is 1 pallet (carton number varies per Gel Ice Pack code).
